INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 env. instant onion soup mix or one chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 16 oz. refrigerator crescent rolls (2 pkgs.)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Brown ground beef, drain grease.
- Stir in onion, oregano, garlic salt, and catsup.
- Let mixture cool.
- Separate crescent rolls into eight rectangles.
- Seal perforations.
- Divide cooled hamburger mixture and place on long side of each rectangle.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll up lengthwise (like a jelly roll).
- Seal ends tightly.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Place rolls on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 rolls.
