
Autumn is the perfect time for apple recipes!
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 – 6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- Fill with sliced apples.
- In a separate bowl, crumble together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and the unbeaten egg.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly over the apples.
- Pour oil over topping.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes.
- Serve warm.
