INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- cream cheese frosting
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine sugar, flour, baking soda, pineapple, eggs, vanilla, and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 ungreased pan (can spray with Pam if preferred).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting.
