Mommy Brekfast Power Shake Recipe

A fortifying healthy smoothie that will get you going on a busy morning.


  • 3/4 cup nonfot plain yougurt
  • 1 cup Strawberry, frozen
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ (optional)


  1. Add the yogurt first, then everything else on top.
  2. Blend at a high speed, stirring with a spatula or spoon (while the blender is stopped!) a few times until everything comes together.
