Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- ground black pepper to taste
- 4 pounds beef tri tip, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Directions
- In a large, non-reactive bowl, blend the soy sauce, olive oil, water, garlic, and pepper. Place the beef tri tip in the marinade. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
- Grill the beef slices 3 to 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Discard remaining marinade.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans black eyed peas (reserve juice)
- 1 cup dry rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
- 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 T chicken bouillon
- hot sauce (any brand)
DIRECTIONS:
- Fry sausage with onion, then drain.
- Bring three cups liquid (black eyed pea juice plus water) to boil.
- Combine liquid with sausage, peas, soup mix, and bouillon.
- Cook 15 - 20 minutes.
- Add rice and cook five more minutes.
- Serve with hot sauce on the side (per taste)

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 T horseradish
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix together the hamburger, ketchup, horseradish, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Spread 1/4 inch thick on open face of bun.
- Place on baking sheet with foil.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, then broil until done.
- Remove from heat and top with slice o cheese.
- Place back into oven until cheese melts.
